Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information when available. Processing times may take slightly longer during sales or promotional periods — we'll note this on the site if it applies.

Shipping to the United States

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Depending on the products in your order, shipping is either a flat rate (free on qualifying orders of $50 or more) or calculated at checkout based on carrier and destination. Estimated delivery is typically 3-10 business days after your order ships, in addition to processing time.

Shipping to Mexico

We currently offer shipping to Mexico. Depending on the products in your order, shipping is either a flat rate of 80 MXN (free on orders of 1,000 MXN or more) or a flat rate of $8.99 USD. The exact rate and delivery estimate for your order will be shown at checkout.

Multiple suppliers

Linda's Look works with a network of suppliers to bring you a wide selection of jewelry, beauty, and lifestyle products. If your order includes items from more than one supplier, items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@lindaslook.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped to Mexico, prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes where required. Any additional customs duties or import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us at contact@lindaslook.com, and we'll work with the carrier and our suppliers to resolve it.
