Waterproof, smudgeproof, tear-proof, with semi-permanent micropigments and paraben-free. Unlike a leading brand's long-wear gel eyeliner, ours does not dry out! For best results, dash on lashline with a Pointed Eyeliner Brush. Be sure to clean your brush with eye makeup remover after use, and close the lid tightly.
